Refund policy
That being said, it has always been our policy to do the right thing when we make a mistake,(for example- Sending too many damaged items or the wrong category). These situations are very rare, but we are human and we make mistakes.
If you feel that your order has significant amount of the items damaged, or that you have received the wrong category, please e-mail us at vintagethriftwarehouse@gmail.com with a photo of the entire mix that was sent. Once we receive your e-mail we will get back to you. Our reputation and customer satisfaction will always be our top priority.
The return shipping costs must be covered by you. Please ensure your item is sent tracked as we can not be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods whilst in return transit. If a refund is approved your refund will cover the cost of the item(s) only and not the original postage.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.
