Handling Time

Please allow for up to 3-4 business days handling time. This time frame begins once your order is placed. Victorian Public Holidays will affect handling time so please be mindful of this.

Australia

All domestic orders are shipped through Sendle using courier services. All orders include tracking that you can access from your shipping notification email. Your order will require a signature on delivery. 

We can only ship to a residential or commercial address, not to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers. As we do not ship via Australia Post there may be some residential addresses that we cannot service.

Postage rates will be automatically applied at checkout based on delivery location.

Approximate transit time will be displayed during checkout when you get to the shipping section. Transit times will vary based on Sendle's providers. Transit times are only estimates. Keep an eye on your tracking for timely updates.
